The shipping of products for all orders over 50€ is free of charge throughout Greece via ACS or General Postal Service, while for purchases under 50€ the charge is 5,0€.
AVAILABILITY All products marked “In stock” are shipped immediately (within 1 working day), and if your order is placed by 14:00 (Monday to Friday), then the shipment is made the same day. Otherwise, there are some products that carry a different availability mark which appears and informs the Customer as soon as he/she selects them to be added to the cart or product information, for the specific time needed for their shipment (usually 2-4 working days). * In the event that due to simultaneous purchases by 2 or more users, a product appears incorrectly as available, then the customer is informed within 1 working day and reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without any compensation.
LARGE VOLUME PRODUCTS Cash on delivery payment is not supported and due to volume, they are shipped by courier company. The delivery time to the islands and South Greece is 3 to 5 working days and delivery is made to the entrance of the building where the customer lives. The delivery of parcels from there is a service and not an obligation. Our store always communicates with the customer to find the best solution for payment & transportation.
MISSIONS IN CYPRUS For shipments in Cyprus, shipping is free for orders over 100 euros while for smaller orders the charge is 15,0€. The delivery is made through ACS in 3 to 7 working days depending on the day you place your order (e.g. if you place your order by Thursday morning, then in Cyprus you will receive it immediately, i.e. Monday to Wednesday). – In case of returning the products to our store (due to change or cancellation of order), the cost is borne by the customer for locations outside Greece. Cash on delivery for deliveries in Cyprus is not valid.Payment for deliveries in Cyprus.
